If your house is like any other, there’s something that wants repaired or refinished. We’ve lived via a complete kitchen gut to the studs in all six directions; including a big dormer and loo upstairs to our brick Tudor; knocking out a window to add backyard entry and a new deck and sizzling tub; end a part of the basement into a man cave and work room; end the rest of the basement into a laundry room, craft room and storage; fully re-panorama all the yard and adding hardscape; and along the best way, replacing the roof, refinishing the hardwood flooring, repainting every room no less than as soon as, re-plumbing the entire home and earthquake retrofitting the foundations. Whew! Glad you’re attacking your undertaking … pleased to take a seat this one out from the sidelines.
